The EU guarantee notice, on your shop, proven to be there.
Every shop selling physical goods to consumers in the EU must display the harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity. The artwork is fixed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 and may not be edited, so this app ships the Commission's own files in all 24 official languages.
What it does
- Shows the notice site-wide, or on your product pages, in the language each page is served in.
- Checks your live storefront and tells you plainly whether the notice is actually rendering. Most compliance apps ask you to take that on trust.
- Keeps a dated record of every check, which is what answers an Abmahnung.
- Adds the GARAN label on the products where a producer gives a free durability guarantee over two years, and on no others.
What it never touches
Orders and customers. The app asks for product access only, so it cannot read who bought what even if it wanted to.
